Politics for the Future
by
JC Wang
I am a
Shanghainese Chinese living in Taiwan since 1949. I do not work as I
am 83 years old already. I have four Blogs online at UDN.COM which
is run by the United Daily News, Taipei. I have been advocating my
"Politics for the Future" since June 2008 which contains some 300
articles in Chinese featuring:
-
Countries all over the World in the future will be allied into a
World Federation; before that independent movements will be
prevailing one after another everywhere round the world.
-
Statesmen and party-politicoes will cooperate in a
round-table
spirit that they care not only for next elections but next
generations.
-
People all over the World speak a same language which is based
on Basic and Simple English.
-
The morality will be based on Coexistence, rather than honesty,
virtue and pleasing, as the basis of morality used to be in the
ancient civilization. This will simplify and make possible the
use of computerized jurisdiction.
-
The World will be a cashless society to its full extent, with
all financial agencies under direct governmental control.
-
Representative democracy with direct election will be practiced
with no political ideologies other than Three-P (of the people,
by the people, and for the people). On the economical side, it
is revisionist socialism that neither communism nor capitalism
is effectuated. People have five political rights (election,
recall, initiative, referendum and control) while the government
has but three governing power (executive, judicial, and national
defense). The government structure for the Federation is, in
accordance with modern management control. In a tripod of closed
circle of planning (political parties act as paid technical and
engineering consultant), executive (the government), and
control/evaluation (by the people's assembly of representatives,
headed with the President). There will be no nominees at public
election, electors vote for parties that is supposed to assign
the post in concern. To vote is both the elector's right and his
duty, so that failure to vote without a reason will be punished.
Whenever a public servant, in his post, has his daily on-web
public support mark dropped to Grade C, he is to be recalled.
-
The president of the people's representatives assembly
represents the federation/country in concern; head of the
government is nothing but head of executive. People are masters
of the federation/country in concern……This
has never actually happened in the past.
-
The Future is in the well matured computer age while computer
automation, including full computerized jurisdiction, is
prevailing so that employees of the government (i.e. the
executive branch of the structure) becomes mostly groups of
computer and software experts for maintenance and design of the
centralized government computer system.
-
Eventually, sub-effects of the above will be low birth rate,
high un-employment, and a society of lots of seniors. However,
I am a pro-euthanasia.
