Future-Oriented Work Life Simulations

There is a well-recognized need for new tools for future oriented career counselling. A consortium of Finnish universities is developing a solution for this in a project called Get a Life. The tool builds upon long-term futures scenarios.

This forum discusses these questions:
1. Is it possible to build future-oriented work life simulations?
2. How does one draft credible descriptions of the future working world?
3. How can the diversity of real life be emulated in simulations?
4. How one can do all this without moralizing, i.e. how does one create content without favoring some value-based choices or solutions over others?
