The term "utopia" has pejorative connotations. So I do not think that Socioeconomic Democracy: The Theoretical Model by
Robley E. George should not be in this category.

Robley George's proposal is a comprehensive guide to an Evolved Capitalist System that must replace its the current primitive version, if we want to avoid the looming global collapse.
