IMPACTS OF ENERGY INDEPENDENCE
The one topic that may have a huge influence on mankind is what the future would look like if the U.S. led the way to energy independence in 10 years. What would be the economic, social, political and military impacts if we did it? What kind of political change has to take place in this country to make it happen? What are the rewards? What would the lack of oil income do to the Middle East etc.?

RE: A GLOBAL LAND SQUEEZE
I wrote you before about the answer to the energy, greenhouse gasses, level of the ocean, greening of Africa, and as usual you Academics put your head in the sand far from the oceans answer. I really cannot blame you for your inability to think on your own, you are so busy trying to beat all of the other academics to write some obtuse formulae to solve an academic question having nothing to do with the real world or you are looking at dooms day without any original thinking other than such complicated solutions only you academics will ever read about it.Here we sit at the cusp of the solution to these problems and all you want to talk about are fat people, quite a few are members of your organization, probably more fat between the ears than anywhere else, or pompous asses because you know so much about so little. If you want to find answers to problems you are not going to be the ones finding them. They will be found in places where practical solutions are found for problems you believe to be complex. The SeaDog pump from INRI will green Africa, stop the expansion of deserts in China, solve the potable and drinking water problems there and create all of the electrical power the entire world is lacking well into the future. INRI also has equipment to clean smokestack emissions and to reclaim energy from many other currently wasted opportunities. The inventors are not academics, they are true futurists "TODAY."

RE: A GLOBAL LAND SQUEEZE
The author of your article on global warming causing land shrinkage
should take a lesson from the "Tips for Scenario Writers" article.
Warming actually makes more land available in the cold areas. To
frighten, why doesn't the author use a 10 meter rise in tide. Both are
ridiculous.
