Exton, Pennsylvania.Bentley Systems Foundation is an organization for activities sustaining the community and the infrastructure professions.Formerly, Carol served as one of the founders and national director of the National Engineers Week Future City Competition from 1992 – 2008.
In March 2008, Carol was appointed to the board of directors, Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union, Germantown, MD. Carol is also a board member of the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce. She continues to serve as a Member of the City of Gaithersburg’s Board of Appeals after being appointed by Mayor Katz in 2004. Carol has extensive experience in the transportation planning and funding arenas and was appointed by Governor Ehrlich to serve as a Member of the Maryland Transportation Authority from 2005 - 2007.
