REFUND POLICY: If your plans to attend the conference change, you may receive a full refund until June 29, 2008. A $75 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations after June 30, 2008. No refunds will be given after July 16,  2008. Refund requests must be in writing by mail or fax. Substitutions are welcome.
